5A) No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy for Scheduled Treatments
We value our patients’ time and reserve clinical resources specifically for each appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee at the clinic’s discretion. Failure to appear for any confirmed treatment without prior notice will result in a $3,000 charge to the card on file or billed directly to the patient. Patients with more than one late cancellation or no-show may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. By scheduling a treatment through this Site or our office, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
